For groups that prefer joining the Heber Valley Railroad on a regularly-scheduled excursion, but want the privacy of their own car, a private coach is the perfect option!  Your guests have the ability to move about the train throughout the excursion, while having a secure coach to leave belongings and a place for you to provide them with catered appetizers, lunch or a selection of beverages.

Basic private coach rental rates are based on length of excursion:

Lakeside Limited
2-Hour Round-Trip Only; Available November through Mid-May

92 Passenger Coach—$1,500.00

Provo Canyon Limited
Available Mid-May through October; 3-Hour Round-Trip or 1¼ Hour One-Way
92-Passenger Coach—$1,700.00

Prices include rental of coach and train fare for each coach capacity (as indicated). Your group is welcome to enjoy food purchased from our full-service concession car, or you may choose a catered meal. No outside food or beverage is allowed.
